Swift-Hitch Wireless Camera System is a portable, wireless, color backing-up system. It consists of a magnetic-base camera and a hand-held display unit. The wireless camera (powered by a 12-volt DC rechargeable battery) is mounted at the rear of tractor or truck above and pointing down on the hitch assembly; its transmission distance is 300 feet and automatic night-vision range is 15'. In the cab holding the display unit (also 12-volt DC rechargeable-battery-powered), the operator sees the hitch while backing up for proper alignment. It has a high-resolution, 2.5" full-color screen, and allows one to select normal or reverse image. Actual hitching is done manually unless using an automatic hitching system. Optional accessories include an in-vehicle display mount and soft storage case.
