Homemade Receiver-Hitch Wire Unroller
David Wade's Homemade Receiver-Hitch Wire Unroller is simply a receiver-hitch turned upside-down (to create a flat surface), on which he sets the spool of wire. As he does so, the Hiwassee, VA, farmer pushes a tractor drawbar pin through both spool and hitch, securing the drawbar pin in place with a cotter pin. He then drives the assembly along his fence lines, unspooling wire as he goes.
