Homemade Hitch-Mounted Access Step
Made long enough to extend beyond the tailgate of Jack Keiser's pickup, this Homemade Hitch-Mounted Access Step consists of 2-inch square tubing onto which he bolted a 3/4-inch piece of plywood to create the step, affixing a piece of rubber stair tread to the top for traction. When not in use, Keiser stores the step in the truck cab.
