The Tong Stik Poultry Carcass Pick-Up Tool consists of a fixed lower jaw that slides under then supports a heavy carcass and a large, movable upper jaw that clamps down on and holds the carcass. The aluminum tube/linkage trigger mechanism operate the jaws, which are strengthened by reinforced steel pins and adaptors.
