Bumper Jack Fence Mender

Lebanon, TN, farmer Bill Adams' homemade Bumper Jack Fence Mender provides a big assist for this one-man job. To the ratchet part of an car bumper jack, Adams simply welded a 12-inch piece of angle iron then ran two long bolts through it that catch and hold the wire while he nails it to the post.
