Portable and small (i.e., 2 inches thick and weighing 30 pounds), the Ergo-Hitch Self Hitch is designed to allow one to hook up a wagon, trailer, or farm implement without having to leave the seat of the tractor/truck/van. With the appropriate accessories, the device can reportedly be adapted to any hitching system on both the towing vehicle and the trailing implement (e.g., clevis hitch, ball hitch, drawbar, tongue, pin). Unhooking requires pulling up on the handle atop the hitch then driving away. (Recommended maximums: 40,000 pounds towing weight, 2,000 pounds trailer/implement weight.)
