The RoboReel Powered Cord Reel is designed to wind its 50 feet of 12-gauge electrical cord at either of two selected docking speeds, minimizing the chances of dangerous whipping action. Also, its 180-volt DC motor reportedly shuts off if the cord is accidently cut or is overloaded. Being rotatable, this Reel, from a single location, covers a 100-foot-diameter workspace area. Two models are available: the Portable, which operates free-standing, on a bench, or mounted on a wall (with optional mounting bracket), and the Ceiling-Mount, which comes with a self-leveling ball-joint mount that allows it to hang from horizontal, vertical, and diagonal surfaces.
